Chef Dominique Fontenille is one of South Dakota's favorite French chefs. Born in Roanne France, Dominique grew up loving food and cooking.
His passion for great food lead him to be one of the youngest graduates of the “Ecole Hotelière de Saint Chamond” culinary academy in France. Chef Dominique left France to expand his horizons, and cultivated his techniques at the world renowned five star "The Royal Garden Hotel" in London, England.
After learning English, Chef Dominique decided to come to America and live his own American dream. The Mid-West quickly became home and Chef Dominique settled into the great city of Sioux Falls.
Most people know Chef Dominique from Theo’s Restaurant , 601 Arota or Chef Dominique's Catering and Banquet Facility ; now he is dedicating his talents bringing you his domilicious gourmet food products. Drawing upon his vaste knowledge of food and uncompromising standards, Chef Dominique is bringing his culinary passion and expertise to create and bring you domilicious.
With 30 years in the food service industry, Chef Dominique’s background allows him to create great tasting gourmet foods featuring only the highest quality ingredients, giving Chef Dominique’s the culinary reputation that sets his food apart from his competitors.
