The Southwest MN Poultry Coop is a coop of poultry producers in southwest and west central Minnesota that coordinate marketing and delivery to retail and food coops throughout Minnesota and bordering states.
The egg lady, Karen Cook, delivers eggs to The Co-op weekly and they are usually the first to sell. Not only are their eggs organic, they have been fed flax seeds, which gives them Omega 3.
