Our Website Re-design

Welcome to the new site! We have clearly made a lot of changes, so take a look around and get a feel for what we've done. Hopefully we have added information to help those unfamiliar with the Co-op get a sense of what we are all about, and also added some functionality for members and long-time customers as well. We also want you to know that we aren't done tinkering yet, as there are a couple more things in the works that we want to add to the site. We'll keep you posted as they arrive.
A couple sections that we wanted to highlight are the "Co-op News" and "Calendar of Events" pages. We've had a section similar to the Co-op News previously, but we hope that you will find the new one better organized. We want it to be your stop for all Co-op related news, and so want it to be as easy to use as possible. From new product updates to green related articles, anything that we think you should know will be posted in the news section.
While the Events page doesn't really have much going on yet, we are hoping to build it into a resource for events both at the Co-op and in the community. Once the weather starts getting a bit warmer, we will be scheduling some tastings and other events, so be sure to keep checking back. If you have an event you would like to see on our page, feel free to send us a message with the details.
One other thing that we wanted to touch upon regarding our new site is web browser compatibility. While we have made every effort to make sure that our site functions well on all browsers, there may be some older versions (Internet Explorer, in particular) that will not display things correctly. This was unavoidable in order to do some of the things we wanted to with the site. If you are seeing some funky things on your screen, we urge you to download the latest version of either Mozilla Firefox, or Google's Chrome (we love how green Google is). If you would rather not switch from Internet Explorer, at the very least, make sure you have the most up-to-date version, IE8. Keeping your browser updated is just a good practice and will help with viewing many other sites as well.
Poke around the new stuff a bit, and let us know what you think. If there is something you aren't seeing that you think would be a good addition, we'd be happy to hear about it. We are excited about the new things our site offers and we hope you are too.
